1. How are your cards sold?
All Corner Store Greeting Cards are sold individually and in holiday
prepackaged sets. Cards are also sold wholesale.
2. Can I personalize my Corner Store Greeting
cards?
No. We do not currently offer that feature.
3. How do I know Corner Store Greetings received
my online order?
You will receive an email confirmation from us
by e-mail confirming your order, once it has been processed.
4. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We offer our customers several convenient payment
methods. We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard,
Visa, Discover and American Express. You can also pay by check,
money order, cashiers check or debit card. Please click on Ordering

5. What is the average delivery time for a order?
Most orders placed before 3pm Central Standard Time will be shipped that
day (except holidays and weekends). We estimate an average delivery
time of 3-7 days when mailing inside the United States, but if you
are ordering around the holidays (Example: Christmas) please give yourself
extra time because of the extra volume of mail at those times of the
year. If you are concerned about your order please contact cs@cornerstoregreetings.com
where we can trace your order.
6. How do I return an order?
Return Policy
To return goods, save items and packaging and include a copy of your
invoice with your return along with a brief explanation of the reason
you are dissatisfied. Corner Store Greetings will not accept returns
on items that have been personalized, customized, laundered, worn
or items damaged as a result of misuse, neglect or improper environmental
conditions. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly replace
it with a new selection of your choice less shipping and handling. We
cannot accept any returns or exchanges without prior authorization
from Customer Service. Cards must be returned in original condition.
Authorized returns must be shipped within 7 days. We request that
you enclose a copy of your invoice/sales receipt with your package.
We will contact you within 1 week of receipt of your return and confirm
the status of your refund, replacement or exchange. AUTHORIZED RETURNS
ARE REFUNDED OR CREDITED MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGES. We do not accept
refunds returned C.O.D. We advise that you obtain delivery confirmation
to track the merchandise that you return. We are not responsible

7. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales Tax
If you are not a resident of New York State you will not have to pay
a sales tax. All New York residents are required to pay a sales tax
of 8.75%

Corner Store Greetings is committed to protecting your privacy and is
pleased to provide an online Safe and Secure Shopping experience
for all customers patronizing its products. All prices are in U.S.
Dollars and all payments must be in U.S. Dollars. For your comfort
and convenience we accept credit card and paypal payments. We’ve
made it simple by allowing you to choose your preferred ordering
method.
Shipping and Handling
FREE SHIPPING We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please
allow 3-7 days for standard USPS Shipping. All orders $20 and over will
be shipped Priority. Most orders are shipped via United States Postal
Service. During the holidays it is recommended that orders are placed
early to ensure prompt delivery.
